| Mosquitoes!!!!!!

By user-6410755... on 2017-10-23.

The mosquitoes will eat you alive! The road noise during the day is noticeable but at night quiet. You can hear the ocean, too. Flat sites, well spaced, and all grass. No sand! No shade either. $28 per night with 50% discount with certain government passes.

| A little bit of heaven in the dunes

By user-6257599... on 2017-10-23.

This campground is on flat ground nestled against the dunes. The beach is within a couple hundred yards of every campsite. Sites are large but there are no hookups. Showers are cold water and there is potable water and a dump station just across the road. Why four stars? The dunes, the beach, the sunrises and sunsets - all are spectacular! Come here to relax and enjoy some of the best that nature has to offer. Complete with mosquito's!

Peaceful setting only over the dune to miles of uninhabited seashore....A few miles to quaint town...Sunrise and sunsets over water...dump and water across street...vacancies make it easy to book. A great getaway....mini key west with sandy beaches and no road noise.
