I stayed there for one night. The site was not level and the part we stayed was tight. The neighbour parked his truck right in front of our site. The laundry was expensive, $5 for a load of wash and $3 for drying. They gave us a key to the "club house" and asked us to pay $10 deposit. When we were trying to leave, the guy was no where to be found. Called the office, they said they couldn't help. So we had to chase down some guy on a mower to get our money back. Not the best experience. On the upside, it was quiet and there was a nice swimming pool.
Stayed the night after 500 miles headed west very quiet and calming. Nice hot showers and very clean restrooms
Sites not clearly marked, shared hook ups a bit challenging (extra long water hose required in some spots), caretaker and owners dogs run loose despite posted signs requiring leash, clubhouse dirty, exercise equipment broken, upkeep of property is poor. Safety became a factor, the reason I won’t be returning. Beware of any 5 star rating, I have seen on other apps the ‘Care taker’ has provided himself with such.
Back in parking, cabin rental for my sister, swimming pool, clubhouse and laundry room, volleyball court, playground, exercise room, one spigot per two campers, host was very kind and made sure I was happy after hooking me up to electric water and sewer
Gravel parking pads, back in parking, no pull throughs, for a small park out of the way, this one sure has a ton of stuff to do right here on the property. We arrived and were met by a gentleman who helped back us in and hook us up. Then gave us a key for club house and pool, Very nice pool by the way. we ere doing a test run on our camper with our new cat to see if things were going to work out. Turns out the cat likes to travel. so off we go onto other destinations. Amenities they had to offer, game room with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, tv lounge, exercise room, laundry room, tv lounge, very nice. Volley ball court, kids playground, walking trails, and fishing ponds--catch and release only
Quiet, because it is off a two lane road, and then down two long driveways. Beware the chuckholes, it is a bumpy ride. We were in the bottom row, and connectivity is Very spotty. Ask if you can be sited on the upper level if that is important to you. Green areas, and several ponds (unfenced, (careful with kids) with catch and release fishing. Friendly manager. Spot numbers hard to see, poles are awry...Lots of rain when we were there, individual dump station had water within a foot of the top. Pumping out could be a problem.
