| We were there
We having been coming here for years. I was saddened to see a 3 star review on this park. Thanksgiving week the park owners put on a full thanksgiving dinner for all their guests. Everything was great. Then on Saturday night they make a big pot of chicken gumbo that everyone gets to enjoy while watching the towns fireworks display from their tent area. (Lewiston Bridge Lightning ) you can look it up. It was a fantastic show. I'm not sure what the problem with this person parking their motorhome was but I've got a 36 for class A and I got in just fine. The sites are bigger than most. I know they have Internet because I used it all week. It was free and it didn't have a password. Our friends rented one of their trailers for the weekend and they had their own wifi that did need a password. I've been coming here for years and I will be back. Thanks to the owners Dave and Carol

Just spent 4 wonderful days at Old Lewiston RV Resort. So peaceful and quiet. The permanent residents are great. Loved visiting with them. The nearby Moose Lodge is fantastic. We were there for the annual Car Show. Will be back next year for sure. Thank you for a wonderful time.
| Quaint quiet mountain view
Couldn't meet nicer, park owners and camp host, yes you had bad phone connection and bad internet, but it was so worth it. I miss the peacefulness and the friendly deer that visited daily. They had a lower area that you could walk your dog off the leash and left them run, everyone was so dog friendly. They hardly received any snow in the rv park, but the drive up the mountain from Redding made you think different. We were stranded in Texas when our truck was stolen from the airport, and a phone call to the owners and they made sure our propane tanks were always full so our trailer didn't freeze while we were gone. Really awesome people!
