I had a nice stay here. I agree with others about the price but I had a 20% off coupon from an RV show so that made it reasonable. About 150 sites, mostly full hookups, clean bath rooms, friendly staff, nice PA farm views. Dutch Wonderland Amusement Park is next door. It is nice for kids 3-10. The only downer was the traffic in and around Lancaster. Too many trucks, too many outlet malls, too many fast food places and too many motels.
Big time over priced
Five Fort Fiend families stayed for our annual area gathering. Website does not do it justice. Clean well cared for. Cabins, tipis for rent. Large fam/handicap rest rooms. Indoor pavilions available. Water foul in stream, view of working farms.
Love this place. Clean, wonderful sites, outstanding staff. Our home away from home.
I arrived at 5 p.m. On Saturday I was informed I have to leave by 11 a. M. Sunday morning and was charged $60 nice place but I don't think it's worth $60
Campground has some large sites just to much$$$$$
Very friendly staff. The shower rooms are awsome! Entire place is very clean. Amish come around in the mornings selling fresh baked goods. Great place to stay in Lancaster!
Not sure what anyone is expecting it is an RV park and not the Ritz Carlton. With that said it is located next to an amusement park so if you have little ones, grand kids, "Bonus". We stayed here years ago with my folks 42 ft Fleetwood and the sites accommodated that with no problem . I knew we wouldn't have any trouble with our new 28 ft Thor Axis. Maiden voyage went great. Staff was very helpful and pleasant from over phone reservation to office staff. Bath house was clean and spacious. Amish cart made rounds Friday evening with baked goods, pumping woopi pies were so good. When we did our walk Saturday morning lots of friendly family's. Definitely have this as a go back to place even with price high a hotel across the street was 130.00 for same night.
Clean with nice people helping you. They offered a10%discount because I was a vet.
Office told my wife we would be put in a section of the campground away from the amusement park that was a pull through site. We were away from the park but the site was not a pull through. Easy enough though to get into with our MH. Fully shaded site with FHU. stable power, clean water with good pressure. Sewer was clearly marked and in good condition. Bath house we used was extremely clean and well kept. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Other campers were respectful of your campsite. Honored a military discount . All in all, we had a nice time and really enjoyed the shade.
