I pulled my Class C straight to enjoy the view. Water and all kinds of seabirds during the day and navigation lights over the water in the distance at night. And either beautiful sunrise or sunsets. There is no local tv but their Wi-Fi kept Netflix going. Didn't explore the local area but this was even pretty on the rare rsin day. Plus, they want cash but honor Passport America. This stay paid for that membership @ $20 a night. Perhaps some would call this a parking lot with gravel pads. I just saw a heavenly waterview for cheap rates.

Nicest owner ever! Miss Lynn is kind and accommodating. She was very flexible on late check out and even gave us fresh lemons and tangerines. WiFi is more stable than most RV parks, which is huge! Price is right at $20/nt with Passport America. And best part is it’s right in the water with beautiful sunsets. Most of the visitors are lengthy semi permanents that know each other and are super friendly. BUT it depends on what your looking for. This is a tiny fishing area with nothing else to do. They have no bathhouse as it was ruined in the hurricane. There are no laundry machines. The spots are tight and are not appealing to the eye. But if you are looking for an affordable relaxed fishing stay with beautiful sunsets and friendly people in a remote place with good WiFi then this is your place.
