I concur with the other reviewer's. Nice little park along the road to Cheyenne. Fast wifi connection, easy setup. The wife and I would stay again.
Level sites, nice pool, a little train noise. I'd stay again.
We enjoyed our stay here. Nice level, pull through gravel spots with grass throughout. Showers were a little leaky, but had power. Laundry was on an honor system with large size equipment.
Informed that owner is falling ill and park maintenence beginning to slide but otherwise great stay. Noisy train nearby so earplugs offered free.
We pulled into the park and got hooked up just before a powerful storm hit. I'm pretty sure we were the only people in the park that night and since the office was already closed it was totally on the honor system. We dropped our payment in the slot and enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again. I don't know if they have a storm cellar available or not but I would recommend having that info available to the guests just in case. They were having some wicked weather the last few weeks.
Stayed here in the way to and from Colorado. Nice FH pull thru sites. Quite and pretty park with great owners. Will be back
Great place to spend the night or a couple of days. Staff was great. Long level pull through. Did not need to put down Jacks to level. Would stay here again on way back in fall.
We've had th he pleasure of staying at this RV park several times on our way to & from destinations. Because it's in the middle of nowhere, the only thing to do is relax & drop back in history to a time where all activity centered around the harvest of the fields, especially cotton! There is a mini museum which takes you back to earlier days in the plains of Texas. Once you have viewed the past it's time to come back to the 21st century with all the amenities you brought with you! There's 30 & 50 amp service, relatively level sites and even a pool! The owner is aging & thinking about selling which makes me sad because she has put alot of sweat equity into this place. If she sells, I hope the new owner maintains the integrity of the theme.
Nice park. Clean facilities. Was a great overnight spot. Used it going up and coming back. Would stay again.
We pulled in st 1AM. Plenty of spaces and did not mind us paying in the morning. Nice place. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it had everything we needed.
Right off the main highway, nice gravel spots! We didn't have reservations, Pulled in late but was able to pay @ drop box. Very good overnight stay. Would def start here again!! In a 33ft bumper pull.

Stayed here on Sunday, Aug 9th, 2015. Love the honor system when the office was closed. Pool was just what we needed after 3 weeks on the road. I would stay here again.
We stayed 1 night while passing through, but would've been happy staying longer. Easy access off 287. Very well maintained clean CG with long pull-thru, FHU sites. Our site was easy to level. Sites are not too close. Cable had limited channels. The WiFi was the best we've encountered anywhere. It was super fast and NEVER slowed down. Good Verizon cell coverage. Nice office staff. We would stay here again.
Don't be put off by the old run down, possibly defunct, rv park right on the highway. The Ole Town Cotton Gin RV Park is behind it. Nicely maintained. Level pull thrus with full hookup hookups. Far enough from the highway to not be too noisy. I'll definitely stay here whenever we are passing thru.
The folks here were so nice and so accommodating, we just love them. The facilities have become more & more run down in the past couple of years, especially the restrooms. Definitely couldn’t rate the showers/restrooms higher than a 2. I’m sure we’ll be back, but mostly because it’s on our route and it’s easy on/off.
Spent one night here and ended up needing a repair. After trying to find someone to come & help we ended up doing the repair ourselves. But office folks kept checking to see if we needed anything and provided what they could to help us. Will stay again if in the area. Not much in the area but lovely little campground with full hookup pull through and just got cable!
It’s a nice spot to stop along the road, easy on and off of the highway. Nice big pull thru spots. They have a pool, kinda small but still really relaxing. They have laundry and showers. There is a pet area too.
Because of the area (not a touristy area) most just stop for the night, but this park is well-kept with large pull thrus. There is a small store on site and a small pool. The only complaint I could come up with is the trains and not a lot the owners can do about that. If you are passing thru, I highly recommend this place.
We enjoyed our one night stopover here. After hours checkin envelopes. Honour system with discounts as they didn t require our Good Sam #. Very friendly staff! Clean and cute facilities - a small fenced dog area. Nice office and little shop. The old cotton gin has sitting areas and TV as a common room. Cons: traffic noise and train horns but not immediate proximity to park so it was manageable;no kids play area. We were in a bumper pull 27 no slide outs

This Rv park is very good, spend last night there. The noise from the 287 and train don't bother me. Thanks to those ladies that keep it so nice.
Great overnite STOP. Clean manicured facility. Spacious sites - level decomposed granite drives. This is "out in the country" so if u need restaurants u will have 2 drive into town. This place is a gem compared to most overnite parks. Kudos to the owners. We'll back when passing through this way.
Fantastic park in the middle of nowhere
A gem for an overnight or for a relaxing get-away. Nice pool, the old gin is still in place, but the space has been converted to a common room for relaxation. Reason not five star is because repairs are needed on the bathhouse septic system: the toilets and showers are closed down during heavy rains. I have little doubt that we'll be stopping there again.
Been on the road for 3 weeks and this place has been the best! Small, quite with a nice pool. Great place for an overnight stop. Office very friendly. Love the dog park. Would definitely stay again.
Great place they have done a magnificent job with the facility. A nice pool cable TV good WiFi and free range chicken eggs
