Located right on the banks of Blue Lake. Big trees and lots of shade. Sketchy internet. No sat TV. Wonderful staff. We would definitely come back.
alright place, made reservation online, when we arrived office was closed(4pm)found envelope in night registration box with our name on it, site map inside parked where it indicated. checked at office a couple of times later never saw camp host or office open.
My husband and I went for the night. The staff was friendly. The campground site was spotless.The site was level. Our view of the lake was wonderful. They have a store laundry and the cleanest restrooms at a campground I've found yet. We definitely will go back and bring the rest of our family.
I saw once in a review RUN but mine is just do not go there just stay away .... Rude never in our 3 months tour of the US have I had someone so rude, mean, so hateful to customers as this host. We parked close to laundry room in the back to do clothes was told to park in the front far away in a visitors guest parking to do clothes? To @ to a customer then to say are you dumb, stupid or just can not read. To say things like this to a customer after you pay to camp there is not acceptable ever & very bad. Things must changed a lot from 7/23/15 to 9/28/16 when we were there, not what KOA should be. Never stay there again only had to rate a 1 to get the review to take my rate is 0....
Drinking water was very brown. Because of shade, no grass on some sites. Makes for muddy camping. Bathrooms were very clean and they have a nice pool. Good clean laundry. Good camp store. Sites were clean and level, but muddy. Many signs and rules here. Dog friendly.located right on the lake, but no beach.
