It is not a conventional RV park, but it is spacious and only $30 a night. Had to pay cash every day. No credit cards or pay in advance
I don't know what they were talking about in the previous review. You don't have to leave every day. You can pay for up to 14 days when you check in. Yes, it is cash only. In January while I was here, it was fairly quiet. They are doing some construction and they start fairly early. All in all, it was a good economical place to stay.
Can't be beat for the price in this area
Rates are $35 now, cash only. Forget about any amenities but for a few nights this is a perfect location to visit the area. Enter gate 5 and stop by the office to register. It is space available so you just take your chances.
This property is right next to Newport Beach one of the most expensive places in the world so to pay $30 is amazing. Everything but cable here. It is 24/7 and security is super nice. If you are not looking for a pool than this is perfect for you.
Plenty of spots, but not all with electricity. Spots on paved and unpaved ground available. Over night check in (24/7), but you have to leave at 11am each day (no permanent campers) and come back in the evening. To get to the entrance you have to go all the way around to the back of the place. Pay $30 fixed in cash at check-in. It is not noisy (highway is far enough away). No Wifi provided, but CableWifi and TWCWifi are available. No showers, toilets are clean.
Cannot believe 7 people reviewed this facility and NOBODY mentioned that it only has 20 AMP service. I can survive without air conditioning for a few days, but I'm not turning off the TV so the wife can blow-dry her hair.
Easy to get in, easy to get out. They let you check in until 10pm, and they can answer the phone (amazing!). In January, this place was empty. No showers (or, we didn't find them). Clean grounds and bathrooms. Great for a stop over in a very expensive area.
