Been coming here for 30 years and we have watched this park go down way down hill this year it has new owners that seem to care and have already done some very nice repairs and I understand they are also changing the parks name I now have hope that they will bring it back to its glory days

Just changed to new management. They no longer do Passport America but did offer a discount. Really great staff and new management is trying hard to turn the park around. That being said the bathrooms are probably the worst I have seen. The whole building needs to be torn down. Nice park and price for the OR coast.

We were looking for a place in or close to Winchester bay to stay next summer (2018. When we first drove in we knew we were home. The park appeared to be very clean, nice private lots and a friendly staff. We put our names on a reservation list and were told to call back around Jan. 15th as they were working on a new reservation computer program. We are keeping our fingers crossed and hope we are able to confirm a reservation as it looks like a great park to be in.

Been here for a bit. Place is awesome. Great people. So helpful that they have it all. Full hookups. Propane for sale onsight. They will actually come get ur tanks, fill em, and bring them back. Cant beat that.

| One Of The Best In The Area!

By user-5781352... on 2018-03-14.

One of the best places to camp in the area! Sites are private and spacious! I have visited in the spring when everything in the park begins to bloom, and late summer when blackberries were right outside our camper (the kids had a blast blackberry picking). On site Laundromat is cheaper than any in town. Showers are no extra fee. Park is clean and getting continuous upgrades. Safe for children to ride bikes and play. Family oriented, and they also have fun events throughout the summer! Staff is always helpful and friendly. Fishing is less than 5 miles and less that 5 minutes to Oregon Beaches! If you are into hiking, this park is nestled in between at least 10 trails within a 20 minute drive in either direction!

| Very Cozy

Our stay was very cozy. We liked having all the privacy. There WiFi works great (I work while traveling). The only issue was upon arrival at our first site there was an electrical issue the current from the 30amp box was inconsistent and kept tripping - however the front office immediately had their electrician stop over and when he couldn’t fix it they moved us to another spot. Took all of 30 minutes max to resolve Reedsport and WinchesterBay are beautiful little towns - if you stop make sure you get some Umpqua Triangle Oysters!

| Fishers & Long Termers

The park is 1/2 way between Winchester Bay and Reedsport. It is an older park comprised of mostly fishers and long termers. 30 amp FHU but the sewer is behind the site and will require extensions. There is cable TV (didn't us it) and many sites are satellite friendly. They do have great wifi. Sites are tightly spaced overgrown with little room to sit outside and access can be tricky. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Didn't use the showers or laundry. Propane is available. This is not our type of park but we would stay again in a punch.
