One of the nicest parks there is. On a lake with a dock, a pizza-pub, and great wifi. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here. Park is clean as are the laundry and restroom facilities. On site restaurant/pub with delicious pizza. Our site faced the dock and we enjoyed fishing from the dock and we were able to get the licenses at the office. Stayed for $27 a night with PA membership for 3 nights. A beautiful campground that was nice and quiet. Would stay again. I did notice the resident area as mentioned in previous reviews and the area did look a little shabby but not too bad. Just old campers but their areas were picked up and not junky.

Stayed here as we were looking for something on water. Site was tight for a 45' motor home but fine. Town was dead. No local tv reception but strong cellular. A couple of restaurants walking distance. You can rent a boat or kayak locally.

The spaces where nice, our cable needed a new end so we sat for awhile for it to be fixed before we set up. We stayed a week so got a weekly rate but there were no other discounts because it was Dune Fest weekend. The grass was not in great shape but seems to be the theme other places we have stayed. If you stay a week and mention their website you get a rental boat for free for 1/2 day but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. We stayed here in a 40 ft motorhome.

We stayed on the lakefront. Beautiful spot!! The lake, with evergreens in the background is an awesome sight. The pizza and mozzarella sticks on property were a great way to have dinner and beer at the RV. We'd definitely stay here again.

This Rv Resort has great RV Spots, it's own Store and Coffee House, Pub n Pizza, Laundry, Arcade and Event Center. Fish right off or rent a boat on Tenmile Lake. This place rocks and has a great shower building it's huge. Great people and great atmosphere. I extended my stay for 6 months as I love this place! Best Rv Resort I have been too and they have Hi speed internet.

Loved getting my Seattles Best coffee and espresso for my wife. She was in heaven with coffee and a Pizza Pub onsite too. Beautiful surroundings and staff. RV sites are great. Full hookups and wi fi.

I noticed the resort is getting lots of improvements and changes. I heard Barnett Resorts now took over two years ago. They are doing a lot of work adding onto a great resort we love to visit every year. We love Osprey Point and our RV groups and family love it. Keep up the great work!

Good cell (AT&T) and SATV. A profusion of bird life if you are located at a site on the lake edge, these being what really makes this place anything more than just another parking lot with a really high number of full time residents. The check-in process was unreasonably timely and complicated, 1 computer 2 people needing access. The sites near the lake face away from the views. Nice little beach for kids located next door. Place needs a good clean up program. Scraps of plastic, paper and cigarette butts lying around that constitutes a poor first impression. The only trash disposal is a truck near the entrance. Will not be back.
