We had a nice experience in Ouabache Trails which served as a place to stay in close proximity to Spririt of Rendevous in Vincennes over Memorial Day Weekend. Check in was easy as the campground staff even delivered wood that we purchased to our site. Sunday included a free group breakfast. The facilities were very clean. Some of the sites were less than flat including ours, but we managed to situate our camper where it was level and comforatble. It was fun to meet some of the reenactors who also stayed in the campground.
Quiet little campground on a Monday night. Can't beat a 50 amp hookup for $20. We'd stay here again, perhaps spend more time and explore. We camped in a motorhome.
Campgrounds sit back in the beautiful country side with lots of trees surrounding it. Its a small area but laid out with space between. Offers water and electricity; dump site on premises. One draw back is they didn't plan the layout of water and electricity hookups very well. Overall it was a nice quiet place to stop for the night. The host was friendly.
