Restaurant closed in January. There will be a new administration starting this month. One uncomfortable dumping area for most. Very uneven terrain. Nah adequate bathing area. Good for emergency stay only.

Live the folks at this campsite ....always gracious and friendly. Roads have suffered some wash but still lovely green, shady spaces for dog walking. Pull through sites accommodated our 24' motor home plus 25' race trailer. You really cannot beat the Mustang Grill on site for quality, affordable dining. You know it's good when all the locals come here.

My husband and I stayed her one night on our trip west to met the in-laws. We checked in at almost dark and the gentleman named Richard checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Richard assigned us to site 16 as we were pulling on the site Richard came out and said he had another site that was a better fit for us and proceeded to guide us to the other site which really did work better for us. Richard then helped us get situated on the site. Campground is right off I -10 and easy to get in and out. There is a restaurant in the campground that serves dinner, we did not have a chance to try it, but it sure smelled good and was fairly busy. Would stop here again. Great place to stay for a night or more. They have a small playground for kids and some other things we didn't get to see. We paid $37 including tax with our Good Sam discount.

OK park for quick overnight. Grill nice and clean, food good. Grounds have a lot of burrs that get into you pets fur.

Stayed one night. Friendly staff. Mustang grill is closed, so no food. There is no swimming pool. Spring is more like a pond, no swimming allowed. Most of the amenitie icons are false. Looks like someone just added them all to increase customers. Dirt and gravel sites. All in all, ok for one night.

We drove in and parked the rig on a 30amp lot, did not need 50amp, a man came out said we needed to move over to the 50amp. We said we did not need 50 amp and the lot was level. We went in side and the counter person said that she had someone else staying where we parked and we would need to move over to where she had put us. When we moved over the ground was very unleveled. We had a really hard time leveling the coach. The next morning when leaving we notice that there was no one in the spot that we were first at. Not sure what happen there but we will not go back.

| This Bonifay, FL RV park has new owners!

This Park used to be Florida Springs, but now is undergoing upgrades as the new owners are correcting some problems of the past. The existing sites are being leveled, new sites are being added which will be satellite TV friendly, and the folks there are more interested in your comfort than having you visit their mediocre restaurant as in the past. There are opportunities to meet, greet, and eat if you are so inclined. We visited at the end of 2017 in a 35 foot motor home.

So I had the chance to stay at this under construction RV resort and I can tell you that even under construction it was cleaner and set up better than places that are not transitioning. The bathrooms are the cleanest i have seen in my 15 months As a full timer that’s has been cross country. The owners attention to detail are evident. I spoke with them about their plans for the future and what stood out the most was these words “it not about how fast, it’s about doing it right the first time”. These new owners have a vision and they are bringing it to life. I felt this place was still phenomenal even under construction. Seriously how many of us have enjoyed the people we met during our travels over the place we stayed? This place is clean and the owners are amazing. I will come back to see what they have done with their vision and because they are “those types of people” that the world just doesn’t have enough of. Simply wonderful. Thank you! ~Aodhan

We spent 2 nights, the people were very friendly, the park was quiet, shady,, and a nice place to relax for a day. Outback is saved to our park list. Looking forward to a return visit and see what more improvements will be done

Just off I-10, but far enough that you can't hear it. Small park with new owners that are providing a great value - especially for overnighters. They're still working on updating the park - our cable didn't work (but a neighbor shared his). We pulled in during a huge thunderstorm, yet George ran out and pointed where to park and said we'll do the business later! Really glad we stayed here and highly recommend this place if your travelling I-10 and need an overnight!

Stayed 1 night at this campground on our way to Pensacola, and it's definitely my cup of tea. I would stay here in the winters, but I would have to come alone, as the wife is a city girl. Park is being renovated and upgraded. It is off the beaten path in a quiet country setting in the woods. But, not far into town, which the wife and I went to on foot, are ample restaurants. If you like peace and quiet, in a country setting, this is the place for you. Will definitely keep this Gem in mind when travelling thru the Fl. Panhandle. Price is right, hookups are convenient at the sites. Sites are all gravel, and mostly level. Check in was problem free. Hostess was very friendly. Didn't use showers or restrooms, so can't vouch for them.

New owners are doing a great job and this place will be a 5 Star when finished. Sites are spacious and cleanliness is their keyword here. Hospitality from every employee we met was great. Great place and will definitely return when in this area again.

Campground is currently undergoing upgrades by the new owners. Lots of new amenities being added. The new restrooms and showers are great. Very large rain shower heads on the showers with great water pressure. New pool and spa being added along with new office/clubhouse. Plenty of shade. Pull through sites are long enough for RV plus toad. Campground will be a destination place for the area in the near future. We will return.
