There weren t many reviews here, so I searched online and there were some older ones complaining of junk, and cats and a bunch of other things. While they may have been true at that time, it s completely different now. This is a great place to stay. Clean and well lit, friendly staff. There are a couple of cats. I saw 2. Not a big deal and they aren t bothersome. Just enough to keep the critters away (you know, they chase mice and squirrels and all of those things you don t want in your camper). Nice large pull through areas, there are plenty of back-Ins in the side. Blacktop parking for most (not all) sites. Many sites have large wooden porches for you to pull up next to if you want to picknoc out of the grass. Most sites have pick ick tables. At the time of this review they had great wifi, but only near the office. They were actively putting in new antennas for the other areas. Easy to get too off of 64, it s just a couples of miles, easy to navigate the roads and parking lot. I have a 40 5th wheel with a truck with full extended cab and 8 box. That s about as long as it gets. I m 4 shorter than a full tractor trailer with a sleeper. If I can get around, it will be easy for you. Did I mention the pull through on blacktop? Nice kids play area with a lot of things to climb on and play with. A fenced in pool (so your kids don t just fall into the pool without you knowing). Just stay here. Don t look around. You ll be happy Oh, and a nice store in the office. Bigger than most I ve been to. Some soda machines out back if you re jonesing for a coke at midnight for an ice cream float. 50/30 amp. Good water pressure, but not crazy. Trees surround the area, a few in the camping area, but not too many. I pulled in at 2 am and found my own spot then paid the next day. No problems. All seem to be good people.

| Good for the night

By user-4619784... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-04-28 to 2019-04-29

We just needed a place for the night and this was great for our needs. It was $40 for the night which was a bit pricey considering all we had was a mattress in the back of the truck and there really isn t much in the park, but the park is tailored more towards RVs so it was understandable. The office hours are until 8PM so you can snag a spot if you get there before then or make a reservation via phone. Staff was very friendly and helpful and bathrooms were clean. They also had fire pits and a general store with wood/general things you might need for sale.
