Plenty of wide open, pull through spots. Caretaker gave great directions for easy access off I-40. Bathrooms/showers were nice/modern almost modular-like, but were very dirty and smelled like cigarette. Could not connect to the free wifi.
Paid $26 for 30 AMP. The park was about half occupied. It's gravel and grass behind a large metal industrial building. Some run down campers but we felt safe for the night. Not fancy at all.
Would rate Overland RV Park 3 +++ Good for one or more days of easy RVing. Would stay again as in our previous post.
Filled with pipe line workers and that's ok but first site had an arched power pole and second was full of trash. Management was good and resolved quickly. Not much choice in this area. Ok if you're not picky.
Not a thing fancy about this place.water , electric, decent cable TV and sewer.what more can you ask for at 26 dollars a night.its a place to park that is it.
Attended annual Brittany National in Ft. Smith, we stay at Overland a night before and the night following its conclusion. 5 miles from the fairgrounds. Quiet park, with all the amenities. Cable TV & strong Wifi. Showers. Level pull throughs gravel with grass strips between. 50 amps. Garbage dumpster. Large area to walk pets, unfortunately some folks don't pick up after their dogs. Near freeway but not really that noisy. Not much different from other RV Parks. Easy freeway access with plenty of restaurants & fast food. Self registration. Check or cash, no credit cards. Nothing fancy but comfortable and would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.
Had a great stay. Quite, clean ,close to stores ,places to eat,Walgreens, walmart, fuel. Clean bathrooms ,hot showers ,nice laundry, wifi amazing! Will stay here again.
Didn't stay, but looked so trashy I thought it best to warn others. Looks like mostly permanent older campers. Just too depressing.
