No washer and dryer just signs that say out of order. No bathroom facilities at least for the size of park. 6 miles to town. No spot is level. Seems like that should be a given at an established park. Not a walk to the beach. Bring a back pack with water and lunch. Luxury resort prices without the lux
Pros: location, fun walking the dunes to the beach Cons: short spaces, not level, bathrooms dated and dirty, washers/ dryers in laundry broken, fee charged for resort use but no "resort" facilities, unless you count arcade games.
Stayed 5 days.. 50% off the sites appear to be full timers. One rest room with 1 stall for the entire place. Zero amenities.. Very out of the way... no beach access unless you want a death match. For this they charged $55 unless you belong to their time share(encore?). Never again.
Small spots, but very quiet. Easy access to dunes, fun to walk there.
Pretty basic park down below, sites close together. Up top seems like residents so I'm not sure you could get in to stay up there. But it's awesome up there if you can! The dunes are right there and then the beach!
The larger showers and bathrooms are not available all hours beware. You have to go up the hill to a smaller one with one stall. Really sucks. Office not well stocked on the necessity we sometimes forget. The game room is really small. The grounds were clean and kept up. For the price you just expect a little more.
