I am giving this 5 stars even though it doesn't have tons of amenities. This is an oasis of trees and birds close to every there is to enjoy in Palestine.

Great quiet campground. The owners are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. We have a 35 ft motorhome with two slides and had no problem. Beautiful tall pines trees. Makes you feel like you are in Colorado. We will definitely be back. We were only going to stay 2 days and stayed a week.

Passing thru on our way to AZ . Planned a one nite stay - peaceful, calm and relaxing. Choose to stay another nite! Quiet laid back park -owners were fantastic- park very clean and well kept- would stay there again!!!

Very clean and quite park. Owners were very attentive to our needs. Plenty of trees for shade. Bathroom and shower were very clean and orderly. Gate secured 24/7 but have keypad access. Gate access into the park is a little tight. Important to enter from Hwy 147 off of 287. You will travel through a neighborhood and the gate is straight ahead as the road comes to a T . If looking for a RV park near Palestine this is the park to come to.
