We made reservations many months ago, the confirmation said there was a 14 day cancellation policy. A day before we were to arrive we called and asked if we could come a day late and shorten the stay to one day from two. The lady on the phone said that was fine, our deposit would pay for one night and we'd only owe tax when we arrived. When we arrived the manager said the person on the phone made a mistake and we would be charged for two nights. If you have an employee that makes a mistake, you honor it, not screw over the customer. We would have made it here if we knew we were going to be charged anyway. We won't stay here again.
Once they get your cc they do what they want. Rving may be worse than moteling. Fido.
