Large KOA in a tourist area. Has all the amenities of a KOA. Could use better signs for directions, in a congested access. Nice place.

We stayed in our 40' MH for three nights. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The new owner even stopped by visit the first evening. He said that he is working hard to remodel and asked what we felt he should work on next. I would certainly stay here again. It is near some shopping and things to see. The best thing about this park is that it is QUIET. A couple of dogs were around us, but they did not misbehaved or become troublesome. The first visual impression as you drive in could be better. The site was spacious. All the hookups worked and our personal internet and Directv reception were good. The dog walk area needs improvement, which is why I did not give 5 stars
The park is run down and dirty, full of overflowing garbage, broken glass all over the ground near the laundry facility, lots of barking dogs. Site posts knocked over. Old trees and branches piled high.
Me: Your website only shows hotel room rates, not Rvs. What's up? Her: I don't look at the website. Me: Do you have any open sites this weekend? Her: We're closed on the weekends. Me: How do people check in on the weekends? Her: They don't. We're closed on the weekends. Don't bother.
