Very nice park but very difficult to get reservations. Park is owned by a senior citizens group in Gunnison and is very serious about being just for seniors. Many guests stay all summer and have for years. Only real negative is the extremely small clubhouse. Just 3 washers and 3 dryers and a small room with 2 tables for card games is not enough for a park of this size. On the plus side the staff is very friendly and helpful and there is a nice roomy outside covered area for potluck suppers.
