Clean, but extremely cramped. Not a place you would want to stay if u like to stretch out on your lawn chair, although some motor home campers had a little more room to do that. Spaces were very close together, plus we shared a 4 foot wall with a very busy road. No room at all to set up chairs, not that I would have wanted to listen to the noise.
