Well situated between Tampa and Orlando. Many full timers and Snow birds. Everyone was very friendly. Lots of trees and grass. You are not allowed to back yourself in one of the employees will assit you. Cement patio, grass pad, not a problem unless it rain every other day, which is what it did this past winter. Nice pool. Dont bother paying extra for wifi.. it was Definitely not worth it. But overall it was a great experience.
