Came in after office hours..just so happen that the hosts were right behind us when we pulled over at the gate. They were very friendly, gave us a map and went over the park. Sites are nice size and level.

Out of the way to get to but very nice park. Clean and well kept! Full on the weekends because Lake Fausse is closed due to flooding. Very quiet during the week. Always enjoy it when we come camping here.

We completely enjoyed this park, cut out of the jungle/swamp/bayou!!!! The sites were very spacious and level, ours was super private as we were surrounded by nature! Many hiking trail and spots to discover. And we were there for the Dutch Oven cooking event..... such fun and hospitality!!!! Don't pass it up!

You can see a lot of pride in this park. Apparently it suffered a lot of damage in past hurricanes but a local group contributed significant amount of money to make it better. The sites are nicely spread apart and the parking pads are in great condition. There are lots of wildlife, such as alligators (hence too No Swimming rule) and we saw a family of feral pigs running around. Fortunately, they seem to be more wary of us than we were of them. There are cabins, and what looks to be a splash park for the kids, but we were there in the winter and the park was sparsely populated. Boat and kayak rentals. Nice camp hosts, we would definitely stay there again.

The sites are close to all the same size. Lots of trees and Palmettoes between each site you can barely see your neighbor. Beautiful clean bathhouse and the laundry is free. Nice places to ride bikes. Didn't see any wildlife, it was cold and had an ice storm.

Want a relaxing quiet stay? Head here! The spots are wonderful, all having tree coverage and privacy. The staff is friendly. We took canoes out on the lakes and enjoyed such a beautiful area.

We arrived on Monday April 9, 2018... 33$ for the first night (less 6$ the following days). We have access to the Wi-Fi (it works find... but there aren't to many campers) and the laundry is free. I recommand this park... sites are large, showers are ok. We planned to stay one more day.

Beautiful park. Stayed 3 nights for only $23.85/night (that included the tax). Great bargain. Pretty far from grocery shopping so go prepared. Sites are spacious and private. Restrooms clean, showers hot. Heated restroom and Laundry area. Free laundry was really nice. Lots of water around area due to rains. Safe areas to walk but trails were flooded. Enjoyed our stay. We saw an alligator down by the lake. Fun!
