Reviews for Pandion Ridge Luxury RV Resort

| Here for J. Buffett; Would come again just for the destination

By user-5459910... on 2017-10-23.

We were here for three days in early June for the Jimmy Buffett concert. Our 17' Casita, by far the smallest RV here, but we were treated by Pantheon Ridge and campers alike as though we were the largest Class A. It was the first trip we have taken on the TT in seven or so years. It is also the first time we've ever been in an RV resort, usually staying in national or state parks. We can't compare it to other resorts, but found it extremely well kept with good wifi, a pool, a gym, two dog yards, and a laundry with 4 washers/4 dryers. It is in walking distance (less than a mile) to the Wharf and its restaurants, stores and ferris wheel. It's also a quick drive to the beautiful beaches in the area. We will come again, maybe in a larger camper.

Great new RV park on the quieter side of the island. Staff unbelievable friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc. The ammenities listed here are not correct ... there is no playground and the rate varies (is not $45 every day).

This is a normal stop when we are in the area. Melonie is great at the desk and will work with you for a good stay. Roomy cement pads with full hookups. We were in a pull through and had plenty of water pressure. Water was soft and we did not have to hook up our water softener. Clean rest rooms, pool and hot tub.

| Well appointed and Convenient to Everything

The check-in process was efficient and the person checking us in was very friendly. We stayed in a large concrete pull-in site overlooking the water. All connections worked perfectly. The sky open for satellite. but do have cable with a good selection of channels. The laundry room was spotless. There is a nice bike/walking trail that winds through the woods. This location is very convenient to restaurants and the beach. We will be back.

New park, clean, friendly helpful staff. We stayed on a pull thru site in a 45' motorhome. Concrete pads and patios, big rig friendly. Close (5 mi) to beach, restaurants, and shops. Good WiFi. Pull in sites on east side on park face a nice, wooded area, rest of park is open (no shade but good satellite access)

| Well Maintained and Very Good Location

We have stayed here twice before in October. First time in the summer. We always get a lake front premium pull-in in the right side cul-de-sac. Very well maintained and manicured RV park. The sites are very long and wide and with concrete pads. The hook-ups are conveniently situated and worked fine. There are sprinklers that go off every morning sow watch for this on your RV and tow. There is a path that connects to the state biking trails. It's a bit rough but they say they plan to improve it. The RV park is on Canal away from the crowds, but still convenient to the beaches. Great access from the Foley Beach Express (Toll) and across from the Wharf. There were fireworks and Smores every Monday.

Paved wide streets, concrete pads with patio and table. Wifi worked perfectly. Great pools, 1 adults only. Very convenient. Would stay here again.
