This a fair park, especially for fishermen. It has three tiers. The lower two, which offer the best view, are way TOO tight. The upper one (east side of 101)is much roomier and nicer, but doesn't afford a view. Satellite is accessible from most sites Wifi is only good in clubhouse where signal is poor. AT&T was good. Fair laundry. Machines have seen their best days. This park needs a lot of upgrading, especially interior roads. We would stay here again.
Easy access, level, clean, security, nice area to walk dogs, full use of hotel and casino amenities.
If you love crabbing and fishing then this is your park. Needs a lot of up keep. Friendly, laundry seen better days but is the cheapest by far. Roads are in need of upgrade.
Fun little mom and pop place to stop. They are right on the beach so you will have great views. The spots are all back in, and if you need sewer you will need to ask for one of those spots, since not all have sewer. It was a wonderful stay for us. It was very peaceful. The clubhouse has a place to shower and a big dayroom/dining room for use. They also have board games for guests. We would definitely stay here again.
