Stayed three days at the beginning of May 2014, a very nice spot with fully serviced and unserviced sites. We stayed in our 29 foot 5th wheel, was a bit of a challenge getting into our site but once in was very enjoyable. Our site had a concrete pad with all sevices with instant access to the boardwalk and beach. Park Sands Beach RV is right next to the municipal park which gives you access to walking, outside exercise equipment, ball diamonds, large kids play ground and of course the beach. Bathrooms and showers were very clean as were the grounds. Would stay there again.
Stayed May long weekend 2017. As the first review states, challenging to back into, but nice long sites (ours is 70' long) some on concrete pad, as is ours. We were two sites from the ocean boardwalk. Park next door has an adult playground, huge kids playground, complete with zip line and a water park. Easy access to take out food (right across the road). Even saw a pizza delivered to a neighboring site. All services within a block. Love this Campground, will be back
We stayed at Park Sands in early Sept. 2018. Staff were friendly the site was clean and well kept. Nice concrete pads. Wifi is sketchy, to bad they don't have a Shaw Go hotspot. Our trailer is 31 feet and we had quite a time parking and leaving the inner sites that require a 90 degree turn to enter the narrow pad. Roads are narrow too. Be careful not to get off the pad as the ground in places is soft sand. We had to use our 4-wheel drive to get in and out of our site. I would highly recommend not getting any site but a "angle in" one.
