Great staff, clean facility, well-maintained. Added full-service sites two years ago as well.
This is a really nice campground with a small lake with good fishing and a swimming beach also hiking trails cabin that can be rented with plenty of shade trees nature programs on weekends
We have been to Parker dam numerous times over the years.we go in September and use it as a base to view the Pennsylvania elk herd. The campground is immaculate. One our favorite places.
This is a nice enough campground. The sites are close together but they are fine, there’s a kids playground and the bathrooms and showers were clean. However we paid $36.50 (as a non-resident) for a site with electric only. Dry sites were $30, full hookups were a lot more. Perhaps this is reasonable for the area, but compared to campgrounds we’ve stayed at in other states on this trip it was pricey. It’s the most expensive campsite we’ve had and though it was an good spot, it was far from the nicest. Showers were free, so that was good. 3 star rating based on value.
Quiet place, well-maintained and plenty of hiking trail. However if you expect cell servive, wifi or tv...forget. It's off the grid.
Good place to stay. Quiet and clean and still open at the end of october.
