This RV park would have a great potential to get very famous and popular in Fort Worth. It is very close to the Stockyards, (9 car minutes), quiet, safe area, lot of trees, full hook up, (only cold-water) laundry and there is a gas station with very good shop and ATM in 3 min walking distance. The manager and guests live here in the park for many years. It would only need a investor to renovate some things: improve the connections (water and electricity); add WIFI, organize warm/hot water for the laundry, make it possible to pay with credit card, maintain the ground. Then this park would have a great chance to become more famous and attract more guests.
