Great campground with a beautiful lake, trails, and activities.
We were the only campers there on christmas for two nights. The only camp loop that was open in winter did not have much shade or mature trees, but the closed loops had plenty of mature trees. Lots of playgrounds and lake access, clean restroom facilities. I'd try it in the summer with the grandkid for sure.
Stayed one night in mid March. Quiet overnight, but early tree limbing in morning. Only A1 bathroom open off season, but electric on in A loop. Wooded sites, but not densely, ok for us as we'd been sun starved all week. Looked for kiosk, employee, or anyone to pay, but found nothing.
