This place is NICE! Good roads, clean facilities, quiet. Sites were grass and gravel, and good size for us in a 28' toy hauler. We had full hook up with cable and wifi included. It's part of our Trails Collection so we paid nothing! If I lived close to this place we'd be here all the time. Highly recommend! Friendly staff and campers!!
We just finished a two week stay from the end of August through 9 September. Had a great time visiting all the Acadia spots and Bar Harbor. The park is well maintained and has a superb staff. Single shower area and laundry but the showers are spacious and have full fledged privacy doors. Plenty of porta through the camp as well. Although a bit far from Acadia it is an excellent park and we plan on returning next year. At Acadia, go early and see the sunrise from Cadillac Mountain and get breakfast at Jeanie's Big Maine Breakfast in Bar Harbor. Awesome!
