What an awesome park! So friendly and well managed. We have been to Paul Bunyan Park many times. We have developed friendships as well. We have two large dogs and the one always sits up when we get near the park She knows how well she is treated there.Never have we had a problem with anyone in the park because of our dogs. There are rules to be followed with dogs but they are reasonable. Dog owners have to be responsible just as Jim and Sue have to be responsible to be sure everyone in their park is safe and free to enjoy the emenities. If we thought that the park was making it impossible for our dogs and us to stay in the park. there are other places to go. That being said we love it there. The dogs love it there and we will continue to frequent the park. Great job Jim and Sue!
This is a very nice place. Well maintained, friendly staff, very clean. A brand new building houses office, shop, laundry, shower and toilets. Beautiful views over Lake Huron and access to beach for swimming and fishing.
