Excellent stay...7 days at a great rate and very friendly guest and host. Near South Padre island and many activities in Port Isabella. Sites are a little small, but workable.
About 20-30 minutes from South Padre Island. Centrally located. Swimming pool, clubhouse, exercise room, showers, pool table. Nice, friendly staff. Most folks there are over 55. The gates close at 7 PM, clean and quiet.
