When we called we were told they had full hookups. They didn't but we were told we could dump but there was a car next to the dump spot so that was fun. The peaceful part didn't come as the train tracks are 200 yds away and it runs day and night at 15 to 20 intervals. Did I mention the whistle because of the crossing a short distance away? We won't be back.

| Nice park.

Water will be off soon because of winter. I our travels, I found this is one of the better parks---good sites with water, sewer, cable, WiFi, and electricity (maybe no site water during freezing winter). Also reasonable RV rate and GS discount.

Nice spot... easy to get in... quiet... there are trains, but we love the sound of trains so... we would stay here again.

This park was nice and clean. A good park for a one night stay over. BE ADVISED....... train tracks close by with frequent train traffic and whistle blowing!

Only stayed 1 night and needed to be close to EWU. This is a nice little park and the manager was super friendly and helpful. While it is fairly close to the tracks, we weren't disturbed at night at all. We will certainly stay there again for trips to/thru Cheney.

Nice , out of the way but close enough, park. Did not have a threaded sewer connection only issue.Great staff. Close to downtown Cheney and Eastern Washington State. Gravel pad and roads. Plenty of room to move ur rig. Backing easy in wide spots. They are accommodating and customer friendly. Would go back. Great value for the fee.

| A Nice Place a Bit Off the Highway

I stayed here for a few nights and it was nice enough. As others have reported, it s gravel spots and can be a bit tight as you navigate around the peaceful pines. I had one of the larger RVs (45 ft overall length), so there are less spots available for guys like me. I had an issue with my truck the first night I was there and ran the battery down to the point that the truck would not start. I thought I had overcome that but yet again, the next morning my truck did not start. The very friendly host was kind enough to loan the use of a large battery charger with a start feature which was more than enough to start my 6.7 Cummins diesel. I cannot be more grateful of the assistance of the host, Tracy. Thank you.

Park owner up front about trains. Very friendly and helpful. Wifi better than higher priced parks we have stayed in. Tight for our big rig. End pull through close to highway. Needed to put safety cones out. Ladies restroom facilities out of order but showers worked.

Just not great. Dusty, train noise, short sights. Not impressed
