50.00 a night. Only 2 spaces for overnight, the rest are full time. Train tracks close and loud road noise. If everything else had not been full we would of not stayed.
Nice location by the river park, but there are no showers or washing machines, which we were looking forward to after hiking in the Guadalupes and the Cavern. Decent WIFI and cable TV.
Situated on the river and super nice owner but, when we were there in January, most of sites were occupied by what appeared to be long term residents. Very loud trucks ply the nearby highway from 4am to 11pm. The park is not located in a very nice part of town.
