Approximately 285 paved sites with 10x10 sheds referred to as "coach houses" by owners. All sites are owned by individuals (or their trusts or corporations). Sites are available to rent or purchase via an on-site rental office. $90,000 - $300,000+. Large lake with three fountains. Check site on Google Earth. One beautiful pool with hot tub at upscale clubhouse. Paved road. Tennis courts. Gated with attendent in season. Full hookups with 50 amp. No wifi on most sites. Wifi in clubhouse. Many social events in season.
| Luxurious!
This was the first "Campground" we stayed at after picking up our new RV in Orlando, and I must say, it spoiled us for anything to come after. Even in retrospect, it was perfectly maintained, had a wonderful clubhouse/restaurant, pool, lake with fountains, beautiful landscaping, security, and lots of activities. It was a little expensive, but we were celebrating our new purchase. The staff was very friendly, as were the residents. We will return.
