Have been staying here for years. Family run business. Awesome family to associate with. Facilities are clean and operate well. Full service. Only disappointment is the WiFi and that isn't the owners fault. They ask that the guests not to stream movies, etcetera. They also have extensive cable coverage. But some guests ignore the requests and slow the speed for everyone else. They have plenty of WiFi towers and the reception is great. Just some people making it difficult for the rest. Stay once and you will be back...
Nothing special about this park, but no real drawbacks either. It's in a good location for seeing the sights and the park is peaceful at night. Staff is friendly too. We'll stay here again when in the area.
I love this place. Staff is great. Park is pretty and a fun place. We were there when they were all decorated for Halloween.
Very well kept facility. Easy access to sites which all have power cable water and sewage. Nice clean and peaceful. Very reasonable price and would recommend. Nice dog area too.
Nice park , most sites are pull thru with full hookups. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Short distance to I-10 but far enough away to avoid traffic noise. Gas and restaurants near by. Stayed here in a 36' 5th wheel and paid $36 plus tax . Would stay here again if passing through the area.

Stayed one night. Staff were friendly. Sites are gravel and level. Pets are welcome. Rest rooms and laundry were clean. Far enough off the highway to reduce road noise. Cable TV and internet failed during the evening. Staff said were in the process of upgrading both. Definitely recommend.
Stayed here for nights. Staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Park is very clean and quiet. TV is clear and WiFi is very fast. Our stay here was pleasant and we shall stay here when we are in the area.
Great park. Pull thru are long and wide. Has a nice pond where my Labs could swim. Management was super,everyone was so nice.
This is a very nice park, clean, quiet, and well maintained by the very friendly owners. Fresh baked cookies and coffee greet you as you check in. You are the led to your spot. Level, gravel parking for your RV, with a concrete pad for the picnic table. Power box was newer looking and worked well. Stayed 3 nights ,and would stay here again.
Only did an overnite, but it was a good experience. Fairly level rock sites that were spacious. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.

Easy in and out, gravel sites were good, internet was slow and my husband only had one bar on his AT&T service. We were in a 45 ft coach towing a truck and the turns were kind of tight but went slow and had no issues. Owners very nice and helpful. Nice and quiet and would stay again.
Very close to I-10 with easy on and off. Gas and food nearby. Park was clean and the staff very friendly . Good cable and wifi. Paid $38.14 ( Good Sams rate) for 50 amp and full hookups . Stayed in a 36' fifth wheel and will stop again if in area..
Sites have plenty of elbow room. Had my coach washed by HDRV Spa Service. Ty did a great job on my 5th wheel & truck!

This was a very nice RV park with very friendly owners/managers. Easy access to the pull through site that was pretty level and easy setup. I am new to this RV world so I am just getting used to new experiences. This was a good pick. Tried to stay here on my way back home but they were booked up. I would stay here again.
Arrived in a thunderstorm and the staff went out of there way to get us settled. Treated us with homemade chocolate chip cookies. Will stay here again.
We were down to help a family member and found this park through RV Parky. Fortunately they had a spot for us despite the recent hurricane in the area. Very nice park! Friendly staff! Nicely spaced sites, manacured grass between, fairly level, bricked patios with tables. Community fire pit area. Close to I-10. Good Sam discount.
Great place, staff was very friendly, they even helped unhook our car and moved our car dolly for us. Dog runs were great, nice bath house, we will be back again.

Outstanding place to stay. Close to I10 and not too far to beaches. Very friendly staff and not to mention fresh cookies in the office. Level gravel sites with a brick patio. Very well kept grass areas between sites. No fire pit at site but an awesome community fire pit near the front with dry wood for you to use. Will definitely be back!!
5 star park for sure. Would have loved to stay here for awhile. Everything top notch, full bar wifi, 82 channel cable TV.

This is a great little Park, well not so little but not gigantic either. Very helpful and friendly staff, and willing to make accommodations on schedule changes for us. My wife got tagged for jury duty and we live 136 Mi away from Pensacola. So we decided to come over the night before and stay and then stay through her jury duty time. Well as her duty date got closer, they changed the dates on her. The folks at this RV park were more than willing to work with us since we let them know outside of the 24 hour time limit. I can't say enough good about this place, it's close to major attractions close to the Gulf of Mexico and nice and quiet at night. They've got two pretty good size dog runs which our two little beagles loved, and we used it every day. The facilities are well kept, nice laundry room clean bathrooms, and even a recycle dumpster! We recycle everything that we can, and being full-timers the park that we call our home base doesn't have recycle available to us so we have to drive 14 miles to do our recycle when we're home. It was really nice to have a recycle dumpster right in the park. If you're looking for somewhere in Pensacola to stay, don't want to spend a fortune, I highly urge you to consider this park.
