Forget the $22.00. Place is now run by KOA, been for a few years now, & $42.00!
Friendly staff, but park very run down. Fairly level & long sites, but all dirt. Stayed night but won't return

3/2016 this is a serviceable overnight stop. it is a little pricey though. park was quiet, sites are decent size. everything a tad bit shabby though. staff very pleasant, office and store nice.
For a Koa camping I would expect more. The facilities are clean though. Price we paid for 2 adults with kids was 40 dollars.
Stayed here as an over nighter. Friendly staff, assisted to site. Relatively level and was able to keep tow hooked up. As a non koa member, cost was 42.00 dollars. A couple of rough looking neighbors, but stayed to themselves. Other facilities were just ok.
As mentioned by most others, this is a rundown campground. Didn't realize how far off the beaten path it was. Would not return.
Wow, what a difference a year makes. We were here last year and the place was really run down. Apparently the new owners took over in March and have really turned this place around. Very clean and nice size lots. They have sure done a lot of work to this place and it shows. Will definitely come back.
Glad we found a spot here. Very nice place. My only complaint, I needed a/c in laundry room. Too hot and humid for this old Colorado woman. Husband looked the cable TV. Best reception across the US.
We decided to take 19 from I-10 to Disney instead of 75 and stopped here for 2 nights. New owners (very nice) for a little over a year now and they have done a lot of work trying to turn the park around. They keep all the short term (1 night - couple of weeks) up front. Sites are pretty level gravel/dirt sites. We have a 40ft MH with tow vehicle and we fit with no issue. Full hook-ups. Lots of grass and huge trees. Pool and playground were great for our kids. If you want shade make sure to request it when booking. Laundry facility was great and cold! Their is a paper mill close by and will smell every once in a while. I feel the price was a little high because this place is not as nice as most KOAs I ve been to, but has lots of potential and one day will be worth it.
