7-17-19 most sites have elec/water, not all. Lots of seasonal trailers. If you like the water, looks good. OK for one night but we won't come again. $24, very crowded
26 July 2019. Petenwell was mostly a pleasurable stay. Evening mosquitoes were bad. Campsite was all good with pee-sized gravel that was pretty level. 30 amp electric was good, uneventful. Water access was great at a large beach wit water having sandy bottom.
