Narrow streets to back into spaces. Would be a problem in peak winter months. Mini mobile home park with a few spaces for RVs. Nice friendly people. Bathrooms are beautiful and clean.
Very friendly residents - both full timers & other snow birds. Most of staff friendly except for one maintenance man who has no business dealing with people. New ownership requires background check that resident has to pay for. Lots of airplane noise. Laundry need updating. Restrooms and showers very clean.
