Reviews for Phoenix RV Park

| Very nice park, considering that it is right in town!

Very well kept, and considering that it is right on Silverton Highway, and behind a Safeway, it is very quiet (most of the time, can't help a couple Hondas with fart-pipes cruising the streets!). Right next door to Safeway, so walk to the grocery store, plus there are tons of restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Don't miss Los Dos Amigos Mexican restaurant, with an awesome mariscos menu. Walmart and sporting goods, and a mall all within about 3 miles. Only 5 miles from the state capitol, and plenty of riverside parks for watersports, walking the dog, fishing..... Clean laundry facilities, and nice gameroom/exercise room. No pool, and only a very small playground, so there are not a lot of kids running around. It appears that about 1/3 of the lots are long-term, and they keep their spaces very well kept and decorated. Don't miss this place if you are in the area.

So read the reviews and thought. These must be from relatives. This sounds too good. But it is that good. Well kept grounds, beautiful flowers, very friendly and attentive hosts, level paved spots, waxy access with a big 5th wheel. Propane on site. Great shower facility. Close to lots of shopping. Surprisingly quiet. Stay here you will joy regret it

The park is very clean. All of the units are well kept, yards are in great condition with grass. We had a perfectly level concrete pad to set up on. Good water pressure. Since it is in town and we were in the front there was a good deal of street nice so we ran the AC fan all night and slept very well. No complaints. I would stay here again if visiting Salem.

Well, if you like level concrete pads with a patio, paved roads, green grass and shrubs that hide the neighbors hook ups, spotless restrooms and facilities along with gorgeous flower pots and hanging pots, you won't be disappointed. This park is a 10 star. It's one of those that we hated to leave. On top of it, it's close to downtown Salem, which is very nice and has a Riverfront Park.

Cleanest park we have ever stayed in. Quiet even though you are close to highway and shopping. Next door to Safeway market. Cleanest restrooms and showers I have seen. They sell propane at a very reasonable price, easy service. All pads are concrete and level. Each pad is full service, electric, water, sewer and cable TV. We were here for the total eclipse, great group of people.

We travel for my husband's work and have been lucky enough to spend a year here over a course of three separate times. We are always sad to leave and go to the next park. My four year old is always begging to go back to Salem for this park. Staff is friendly and park is as clean as can be. The rules and guidelines seemed a bit much at first, but now we understand that's how they keep the park as lovely as it is. Not to mention the location is prime! Everything is so close and there are tons of things to do. We hope to be back at this park again sooner than later! If I had my choice, we would spend all of our next three traveling years at this one park.

| Favorite in Salem

This is our favorite RV park in Salem, OR. We have stayed at several but this park just happens to have an excellent location, it well laid out and well run. It will not show up in your GPS despite having been here for years and years but you can enter the address or use Salem RV park as a reference. The entrance to this park is about 1/2 mile West (before you get there is you are coming off of I-5). We made reservations and everything was waiting for us and we were in and out of the office in less than 5 minutes. Most sites are pull through with some back-in sites around the edges of the park. There is a nice dog run area and it's walking distance to the local Safeway.

| Very nice place!

Stayed here two nights on our way from Washington to California for Christmas. The park is super clean and well kept; they even had it beautifully decorated for the holidays. They were very welcoming, and, when we discovered that one of our propane tanks had run out of propane, one of the staff tied the empty tank to his golf cart, took it away, and brought it back a few minutes later full! So helpful! It's a very short walk to Safeway, and other stores are close by as well. However, the park itself is quiet and everyone staying there pretty much kept to themselves. Probably because it was so cold outside though! Highly recommend this place unless you want more of a nature experience, e.g., beach, forest, or state park camping.

| Fantastic. Clean, nice sites, great staff

You would never picture such a nice facility right next to miles of strip malls and light industry. Just finishing a 5000 mile trip and this is the cleanest, friendliest non-resort park we found. Will be back.

| Boil water alert

Beautiful place and everything it states but when I called and paid for site they didn’t mention that they were under a boil water alert. I’m not even sure they would have said anything if I hadn’t seen the notice on the door. Many rv’ers have water hooked up, I don’t want it in my system. I hope nobody gets sick.

This was a 5 star park. It is the neatest, cleanest park I have ever seen. Mostly full time RVs staying for a lengthy time. Flat cement pad pull thru site with grass beside it, a picnic table and stand for your bbq. Clean secured shower/washroom, laundry facilities with a gym equipment. Office has a clubhouse room for events. Right in town close to shopping and restaurants. Brought our propane tank up to office to be filled, guy filled it and delivered it back to our site...very helpful. Gave AAA discount.
