Great employees, currently updating due to new ownership. Warm and welcoming atmosphere (homey). Just outside of Yuma so convenient to the city. Large pull through spots along with an assortment of back-ins. Great area to bicycle, heated pool and hot tub. Regularly scheduled events throughout the week with an organized and friendly staff. Very close to Mexico.

Clean, well maintained park with friendly and helpful staff. Nice, wide level sites with small concrete patios. Large interior roads make it easy to navigate with even the largest rig. Only con, no OTA TV reception. Bring your sat dish! AT&T cell coverage excellent with LTE data. Will definitely be back.

Stayed for two weeks, had planned on one week. Site was smaller pull through, gravel with concrete pad for chairs, level, FH. People here are great and there is lots to do. It was a bit cold for swimming but they have great pool. Rode bicycles to Felicity....a must see, spent the day there. Climbed Pilot Knob and went to see the Plank Road/dunes. Did the dentist visit in Los Algondones. Went to burger night and the Valentine spaghetti dinner. Everyone was great. Enjoyed the stay and plan to be back.
