Nice campground. Great location BUT it's right between a gun range and highway so between the sound of gun shots and truck traffic, the campground is far from quiet. It didn't effect my sleep though so I'd definitely camp here again! There's a pool, (dilapidated) playgrounds, kids activities (craft, wagon ride, bingo). It's about 1.5 miles from the incredibly quaint town of Mt. Gretna with an awesome ice cream sundae shop (The Jigger Shoppe), about 6 miles away from a grocery store (Mussers Market), and 14 miles from Hershey Park. There's also an Educational Center just up the street with a 3/4 mile hike to an observation tower. The bathrooms are fine; clean. The staff are friendly. I definitely plan to return. I have since returned to Pinch Pond several times and I found the "secret" bathrooms/showers in the main office if I want a good, clean bath! We've also been there for Halloween and they do a haunted house and hay rides along with trick or treating and site decorating. I enjoy it here and look forward to visiting annually now.

Kids have a decent playground, basketball court and good open space to play. There is no air condition in the arcade which made a place not to hang out. Seems to be a lot of people living there which was a bit of a turn off for us.

Campground was well kept. Friendly staff and very helpful. Sites were large and clean. No problems with emenities. Easy in and easy out. They sell Hersey ice cream in the office. Nice touch.

We first stayed 3 nights two years ago in early April on our way back north. And now we stayed again for 2 nights again in early April. Mainly because they are open all year, and no one else around is. So our pull-thru sites were gravel and mostly level. FHU, 50AMPs hook ups were good. I-76 road noise was bothersome and a shooting club next door was very bothersome, every day until dark you could hear the echo of their gun fire in the woods. Sites were large enough and they didn't charge for the 2nd car. T-Mobile had a good signal and our hot spot was good too. We didn t try the Wi-Fi or the cable TV. I was able to get Satellite both times, but not all sites were satellite friendly. They recycle most items here too. This is a gated campground so you need to park outside the gate walk to the office and check-in first. For those who want to get outside, there s a very nice park just down the road called Clarence Schock Environmental Center. You ll find a nature center there along with hiking & biking trails. Finally, the gas/diesel prices are very high in PA, so if you re just passing through, fill up before or after you leave PA. You ll save a ton of money. I would stay again (and have).
