| GREAT CAMPGROUND

We had a great time last summer the staff was very pleasant and the grounds were very clean. Good boating, kayaking and fishing. A nice swimming area and beach. Good size sites with trees and fire pits. My 35ft tow behind fit in site with no problems. We will be going back again this year.

| Excellent rustic, but clean and organized.

beautiful lake area with picnic sandy beaches. Very spacious lots with lots of pull thru for big rigs. Very helpful staff and well stocked store on site. Very quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do in Plymouth, Plimoth Plantation, monument to the forefathers, shopping and lots of good restaurants.

We arrived in a 19 feet RV. The staff were great and the facilities fantastic. We are travelling from Australia and booking day by day. Very friendly staff and helpful. Great park with plenty of trees and shade. All the facilities you would want, great walks, lovely lake and if you had small kids plenty of things for them to do. Power and water hook ups close. Plenty of flat sites. Great place to stay.

Really nice campground. There's a gun club next door on the east side so if waking up to shotguns is a big deal to u then u might not like this place. They have a very nice bar and deck near the store. The people who work here are nice too.

| Nice campground.....

We moved here from the Cape Cod KOA (which we did NOT like) and really liked this campground! Feels like you are camping at a state park.....right on a pretty lake. Plenty of room between sites and lots of trees. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because their fees seems a little excessive. They charge $5 per night PER dog and $5 for child visitors and $10 for adult visitors per day. We would definitely stay here again tho......

| We love this place

My wife and I have been going to Pinewood Lodge for years. The sites are clean, level and pretty. No matter what you are camping in, from tent to fifth wheel, you will find a good site. Shower and bathroom facilities are clean and well kept. The lake is beautiful, and fishing is Catch and Release. All historic sites are close by but the park is far enough off-the-beaten-track to be comfortably secluded. My only criticism (which is not their fault) is that apparently there is an airport nearby giving flying lessons, so you can expect to hear small engine aircraft flying overhead all day and part of the evening. To be honest, you cease to hear them after the first day. Nevertheless, Pinewood Lodge remains one of our favorite destinations and we will continue to visit and stay.

| We Absolutely Love Pinewood Lodge!

Every time we book, we can't wait to get there! The staff is amazing, the grounds are clean, the Lodge is a wonderful place to spend a rainy afternoon! We love the beach and always go kayaking. They have boats, canoes and kayaks for guests to use. They offer scheduled activities for all ages. I love the craft classes! The snack bar has great food, serve wine and beer also! We really cannot say enough good things about Pinewood Lodge.

If you love a rustic campground with trees and natural charm this is the place. We had a nice big site. The place is clean with good amenities. No kids this time but our kids have great memories here.

| Second Stop

This was the second stop of our two week maiden voyage with our new travel trailer. We, of course had an issue. So fortunate that there is on site RV service in this park!

| A great dog boarding/grooming facility close by

We stayed at Pinewood for two weeks in a 37ft fifth wheel first site was water/electric, second site was full hookup. They have an on-site RV rump for no extra fee if you are staying there also a honey wagon that will pump your tanks for $25. Sites were dirt and sand but sand and drained well in the rain. Both of our sites were long enough and wide enough for our rig. There are quite a few trees satellite TV might be an issue in some sites. The cg has free cable with a decent selection. They charge $5 a day per dog (we have two) but at not overly dog friendly (no off leash dog park, no pets in the buildings). We did find a great doggie daycare close by. Doggy Fun and Fitness is a full service facility with dog grooming, boarding and day care).

We found the campground to be very nice The bathrooms and shower rooms are very clean. There is a mix of fulltimers and transients. The full timer's seem to be together with a few transients mixed in . They fo keep the tents more or less together. There are both drive through and bacl in sites . We found our back on site to be very spacious and easy to back into . There are both full hookup's and electric with water.
