So on the plus side the owner was really friendly and let the kids go see and pet the pet goat. The rest left lots to be desired. While it looked like there were some spots more level than ours, our spot was so slanted we couldn't get level with our jacks. Elec at the sight but that was all... despite a water hose (no water) and what looked like a shady hole in the ground (may or may not have been a dump). There was an area to dump and fill your tanks, just not at the site. Showers and toilets available, however showers are pay by the min ($1 per min). Seems a bit much when we'd already paid $30 for a site with no water or sewer hook ups. Heard there was internet but never got the password so can't speak as to the speed. Given the choice, I'd probably boondock instead of staying there again.
$35 for electric, only. Not exactly a nice place. Do yourself a favor. If heading south, stop a touch early and stay at Sikinnih. If driving north, drive a little further and stay at Sikinnih. You'll be glad you did.

Nice Mgr refunded my $30 CAD after we decided to not setup in the extremely tilted muddy site. They sure need to level the sites and pave it.
Don t count on your reservation. They will call and cancel your reservation to make room for the great and almighty caravans. Not to be trusted for a spot.
