We stayed in October. Upon exiting truck, I was swarmed w/ skeeters until I was almost black. When we reported to manager, they stated, "we wait until a majority of our Winter Texans arrive to treat our ponds". They definitely cater to full-timers! Not much shade. Nice party room and ok showers. Lots of stickers in dog walk areas. If you want a nicer park for about the same price, go up the road a bit to the next park.

My husband stayed here while he waited for me to sell our house and move to corpus due to a job transfer. I joined him every weekend. This place was awesome. Staff is amazing. A lot of snow birds that were very friendly. Everything is clean short walk over the dunes on a private bridge to beach. Ride service into town for like $1. Cable is offered wifi worked but a bit questionable st times. They have giant req room and two pools. The ONLY thing I noticed was the lots are not the widest and not many trees. I know most of it was leveled due to hurricane but once they rebuild we will be back.

We have been RVingy this resort for many years. It's an excellent resort. Great people and friendly. Love the breakfast offering!! The beach access is 1st class! If you have camped there you know and you also returned because of the amenities

| Great Park !!

We just spent 6 days here. It was a first class RV park. Access to the beach was excellent. The pools were great and thus very family friendly. All was very clean, and the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. I have just been RVing for one year, but this was one of the best parks I've stayed in. It may cost a little more, but the amenities make it well worth it. You'll see !!

| Great Time at the Beach

By user-5904963... on 2018-06-27.

My husband, son and I stayed here last summer. We love the beach and didn't want to leave - planned to stay a couple of days and ended up staying almost a week! The location is primo! Just a short boardwalk walk to the beach or you could even drive your vehicle directly on the beach. Plus, the park has two swimming pools and a hot tub. We checked in late, but there were directions to our site waiting for us in the after-hours box outside the office. The only negative I can think of was the staff, while responsive (if asked directly), was not overly friendly or forthcoming with assistance or recommendations.

| Great Location

Nice and neat. Clean all around. Only problem is, look both ways before stepping into street because it's golf cart city. Like Houston at rush hour. That won't keep me from coming back.

| This could be the best in PA with some changes

The bad stuff first: the office does not have happy people. They don't smile, almost unfriendly. They are frustratingly non-infornative. They tell you what they want you to know, not necessarily what you need to know. If you ask about anything they don't know. They also don't enforce their own rules: there is something about no golf carts but there are golf carts, golf carts and more effen golf carts! The speed limit is 5mph-strictly enforced (NOT). Also lots and lots of big pickups. You can't walk anywhere without watching your back so you don't get hit. Now the good stuff: the sites are level, wide and roomy. Short walk to a wonderful beach. The ground crew guys are great. They are really helpful. The rec center has a cafe that serves meals on weekends.

| I feel like a sardine!

By user-6146984... on 2019-08-09.

This park has changed over the years we have been coming. We ve been coming here on and off for over 20 years. It was $30 when we first started coming and now it is $60. They have 500 concrete pads for RVs and paved streets. There is a nice wooden walk-way to the beach. They have two open ponds that do draw mosquitoes. We are far enough away that we were not bothered, and the wind has kept them off. Needless to say, the park has placed all of us in like sardines. We will not be coming back. I am almost claustrophobic. The dog walk is far enough that we drive the two little ones over to be in there, and there is a 15 minute limit to have them use it. You must wait in line if necessary as only one dog family at a time is allowed. Strictly adhered to are the breeds: No Pit Bulls, No American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows or Wolf Hybrids.
