This is a fairground so mostly gravel and dirt. Nesmith park next door has picnic area and creek. Swimming is ok. Must make reservation but can check in after hours.
This is the fairgrounds RV park. Easy access from highway. Very spacious and flat, gravel and dirt, watch for potholes. Hookups are spaced at least 70 ft apart to accommodate livestock trailer parking, horses and turnaround space during those kinds of events. We were here for another type of event so had more than enough space. There was plenty of room and elec for 4 large rigs at each hookup - water has to be shared as there is only one water stand per site but lots of water pressure so if you have enough splitters you re fine. No sewer drops but there is a dump station on site. WiFi but slow and not much range - we were out a bit and couldn t use the WiFi. No restrooms or showers We liked that it was only $25 and had all we needed. Nothing fancy. Also close to Salem but still rural. Decent antenna TV. On site maintenance guy who will come collect fee if the office is closed. Felt safe here.
