Poncho's is a resort rv park. Good sized sites with full hookups, cable and WiFi. 3 pools (1 indoors). One pool and hot tub are adult only! Close to town and lake. A great place to camp.

| Great Place For All Campers (Young & old)

We stayed at Ponchos Pond for 5 days, wish we could have stayed longer. Here are my list of pros & cons about the park. Pros: 1) great location. Just a couple miles from the beach or a 5 min drive. 2) lots for kids to do (pool, fish in pond on property, playground, shuffle board, basketball) and all of this was during the week. I can only imagine how great the weekend activities turn out to be. 3) super, super friendly staff. Everyone (yes, literally every staff member) I spoke with was extremely friendly/helpful. 4) cleanest bathrooms of ANY campground I've visited. 5) great size park & good layout. No horrible sites. Rented a golf cart and drove around the park for fun with the kids. 6) they allow you to take the golf carts to businesses directly outside the main gates. The businesses include Dairy Queen (great for late night adventure with the kids), McDonalds (morning coffee), bargain store (to find souvenirs) & farm stand (great for fresh food). 7) fitness center is very nice & large. AND you can use it at no additional charge!!! 8) inexpensive for what you receive Con's 1) the only one I can think of is the trains next to the park. Although it didn't really bother me.

Had a very nice spot next to small pond with a water spout that erupted a few times a day. Paved, level and all utilities worked well. Limited shade would be my only negative. No dust or dirt to contend with as streets are paved as well. Nice grass between each spot. Would stay here again if in the area. Probably about 2 miles from lakeshore.

Stayed 6 nights in our Class A, 45' motorhome. Nice amenities, indoor pool, spa, many activities for kids. Beautiful landscaping. Most campsites are concrete with patio, table, & firepit. A few are gravel. Roads are paved, but narrow. Move with caution. We unhitched at the office. Good location for seeing Ludington & the area. Active train at the rear property line.
