Like most Thousand Trails the sites are mostly water, 30 amp, no sewer connection. The sites that HAVE sewer are PREMIUM sites and $5 a night extra. The same extra charge applies to any sites right along the river that do not have sewer hookups. No laundry on site, you must drive 30 miles round trip to Placerville. They DO have a pool, but it is not open from Labor Day to Memorial Day. If driving in from Hwy 50 (recommended access), be aware of the STEEP 10% 2 mile downgrade on Lotus Road at Gold Hill. My big trailer disk brakes were smoking after that. Good WiFi, both park and Verizon.
