I like the place but it is small nothing huge it's a few miles down from main street and 192 on east side. It's a few miles from downtown kissimmee , snake emporium and boggy creek rd. and Beuna Ventura Lakes which has some great places to shop like Winn Dixie on the other side of the bridge and car wash McDonald's small Spanish community or anything on the South Orange Blossom Trail. we used to live there and it was great for what we needed. Little over priced though for a small campground but more convenient, tents are great because lots of places ain't doing tents no more.. very sad. , Ponderossa is pretty laid back. Anyways its off 192 east of OBT. and where the fun is you can hit downtown kissimmee in under 5 minutes driving or catch a bus out front. So one word , Enjoy !!

Tony and Kerry are very friendly, accommodated our very late arrival with a smile:-) The camp ground is well maintained, some of the permanent residents need to replace their canopies as they are shredded and an eye sore. They do have a lot of permanent residents. Site P11 is not set up for a 36' camper and an F250 as there is not adequate parking with the permanent resident in the corner. That site would be fine for a shorter camper with a smaller truck. Over all the place is nice and would stay there again.
| Friendly and clean
Clean bathrooms. Clean laundry. Level pads. Friendliest residents. The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 is it's right next to a freeway and loud.
