Located near stores, restaurants and the beach. Very small sites, very close top each other.
Too tight, no parking space and 30 amp electric went out even after they said it was fixed. We luckily had the 50 amp adapter. For $49.00 a night, will not return.
Overall not a bad park very friendly owners and extremely friendly guests, the club house is alright with a washer and dryer room and shower/bathroom room location is pretty good to with it being right off US1 and not to terribly far from the beach but definitely need to drive. The only bad part is it's extremely tight and you are pretty much on top of the rv next to you also a majority of the people their are above 60 and not kids so probably not the best family rv park but I don't think their are a minimum age, one more thing is that their is no more overnight stays you have to be their for I believe a month at least
