I have been a guest of a seasonal resident for over 5 years. The owner at the time was Mike. Mike sold the facility and the new ownership allegedly lives in Canada and obviously has no clue how poorly his new investment is being represented.The management is usually drunk with a few select,seasonal residents with the "were better than you" vision. The management is hardly proper management to say the least. One example, a new customer purchased a seasonal site, installed a camper, shortly after the camper install, management unfriended this new customer from the campsite Facebook page due to a now resolved personal conflict with part of the "select residents" the conflict was jelously from a wife started from the select group. Not management's business. This along with shotty conditions and maintenance, low level business interactions. When entering the floating docks from shore most of the docks sink untill bottoming out. Various unsightly construction equipment scattered thru out the camp site belonging to seasonal occupants with nothing to do with the facility. Again unsightly, unsafe for children. I will not return to this facility as a guest or a resident.
Managers do not return calls....office closed when hours say open...they promise you decks...dirt grass seed never happens.... $20 for wifi that does not work...30-50 amp service u do not get...breakers tripping all the time tell mgr and his response is what do you want me to do about. They claim all about kids Friday suppose to be kids movie night...never happened!!! G works another job and P big drunk....office never opened trying to pay electric bill a joke. Then when y I u leave and pull out earky because you are highly dusappointed they say all kinds of lies about you.
Awful place. Called my uncle a freaking cripple making fun of him (one manager) and she also threatened to push my ELEVEN year old brother into the lake. DO NOT CAMP OR LIVE THERE PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!
